• We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect information.
• If delivery fails due to incorrect information, additional charges may apply for a reshipment.
• Orders are shipped via Swiss Post.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Customers may return a product within 30 days of receipt, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.
