• We do not accept liability for delays or additional costs due to incorrect information.
• If a delivery fails due to incorrect information, additional shipping costs for re-shipment may apply.
• Orders are shipped via Swiss Post.
• Estimated delivery time between 6 to 12 days.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Customers can return a product within 30 days of receipt, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.
